I plan to have a 2d feel for my background and i want to break away from the stereotype stippling technique used to illustrate sand. Will post my character designs asap.
love the explorations... the top image on the last picture looks good but im not sure how well it will work in terms of depth and 3 dimensional look i like the first image with the pyramids of the the second image :)
